How do I create an account?

Coaches and Parents can register directly from the sign-in screen. Student accounts require an invitation code from a team organizer or coach — open the invitation link, set a password, and you’re in.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and enter your email address. You’ll receive a one-time reset link. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your team organizer.

Schedule

Why is my schedule empty?

Your team organizer publishes the schedule each week. If your schedule shows no lessons or events, the week may not have been published yet. Contact your team organizer or coach for the latest information.

How do I cancel a lesson?

Open the lesson card on your schedule and tap “Request Cancellation.” Your coach or team organizer will approve or decline the request. Cancellations cannot be made directly without a request.

Notifications

I’m not receiving push notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for IcePlan in your device Settings under Notifications. If they are enabled but you still don’t receive them, log out and back in to refresh your device registration.

Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings › Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account.”
